Maresca unhappy with Betis’ advantage at break time

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has revealed he is unhappy that rivals Real Betis were given two extra days to prepare for next week’s Conference League final.
La Liga have agreed a special request from Real Betis to move their final league game against Valencia, originally scheduled for Sunday, to Friday.
In contrast, Chelsea travel to Nottingham Forest, เว็บพนันออนไลน์ UFABET สมัครง่าย โปรโมชั่นมากมาย who are also battling for a Champions League place, on Sunday, just three days before the final in Wroclaw, Poland, on Wednesday, May 28.
Sunday’s Premier League final will be play at the same time to prevent one team from having an advantage over the other, but Maresca said: “I am not 100 per cent happy with it. You cannot give another team more than 48 hours when you play a European final.”
“We have to play on Friday or they have to play on Sunday like us. I don’t know if it’s La Liga, the Premier League or UEFA. But if you ask people in this room whether it’s normal to play a final when the other team has more than 48 hours to prepare, it’s not normal anymore.”
Chelsea need to finish at least fifth in the Premier League to qualify for next season’s Champions League. If they finish sixth or win the Conference League, they will enter the Europa League.
