Maguire urges United to go all out for Europa League title

Manchester United defender Harry Maguire says Ruben Amorim’s side can end a difficult season of their own making by winning the Europa League, but only if they give their all in Wednesday night’s final.

The Red Devils will face fellow Premier League side Spurs in Bilbao, ทางเข้า UFABET สำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ สมัครวันนี้ รับโบนัสฟรี with next season’s Champions League places on the line for the winner.

For both clubs, it is a unique opportunity to redeem themselves from dismal domestic performances that have left United 16th and Spurs 17th.

As the season draws to a close, Maguire says they will only win a sixth major European trophy if United play to their full potential, which has clearly not been the case this season.

On that note, he admitted United have let their fans down badly with their league season not being good enough.

The only thing standing in their way is Spurs, who have also failed in the league.

“They’ve had the same difficulties as us this season,” Maguire said.

“They have a lot of injuries, like us, they can’t find their rhythm and they have to focus on the Europa League as well.”

“But we believe in ourselves. We have to make sure we use the percentage to our advantage in terms of playing, giving our all and performing to the best of our ability.”
